Fred's just saved me a bundle!
The check engine light was on. Warning lights all over the place. I got it to Fred's for a diagnostic. Nothing dangerous, but there was a malfunction in the heat sensors. The team could have fixed that problem, which would run about $1500. But instead, Kristina showed me an obscure notification from Subaru that indicated the failure was under a special extended warrantee--but only if I took it to an authorized Subaru service station. I did. She was right. They fixed it, no charge. I'm bowled over by this level of customer service and courtesy. Fan for life.

New York State Inspection and check-up
Again, the service was impeccable. I was offered honest opinions about what work needed to be done, and what work will need to be done next year. Over the past twenty years, I have found Fred's Auto Repair to be trustworthy and reliable. My family is fortunate to have found them.

Stan said he made an appointment and it was kept by the business. Their receptionist was very knowledgeable about the service of the vehicle and he was so impressed with her knowledge that he is making them his new place to take his vehicle for minor repairs.

Another Excellent Experience!
Once again I can not thank Fred and his gang for the excellent experience they performed. I needed front and rear stabilizers replaced. The job was done beautifully; no more shaking and noisiness! Again they supplied me with rides to and from home and the best thing was the charge was much less than quoted. This crew is wonderful! Again I can not thank well enough!!

Brake and rotor replacement
I brought the car in for a 10:00 am appointment and the car was finished in an hour! Since I had to wait for the car, Kristina did her best to have it done for me in the least amount of time and it was greatly appreciated!
