I called this morning to schedule a synthetic oil change and tire rotation for my Subaru Crosstrek. I have never been to this establishment prior so I asked for a quote and was quoted by a lady between $70-$85 for the service, which seemed accurate to me in comparison to other places locally. My husband took my vehicle to the 1:30pm appointment and then called me on the way home to tell me he spent $140 total. I was completely in shock that it was that expensive after I had just called this morning to get a quote. I called the business to inquire about the pricing difference. The same lady I spoke to this morning answered the phone and quickly began yelling at me and blaming me for the miscommunication. She said she quoted me for the oil service, but not the tire rotation that is an additional $50 service like she thought I had asked. Even though I did ask for the full quote, not sure why I would just ask the price for one service and not the other. Anyways, after yelling at me and telling me I was in the wrong she told me to go somewhere else for my car needs and hung up the phone. I cannot believe the way this company treats their customers. Not once did I raise my voice and yell on the phone. She never apologized. We will not be going there again. We honestly would’ve never gone had we known it was going to be $140 service.
