Communication, professionalism and workmanship was top notch
As annoying as the process is of having to be without your car due to an accident that was no fault of your own, Franchi exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The communication and professionalism of their staff as well as their workmanship was top notch and their assistance with having a rental car ready for me on their lot when I dropped off my car and dealing with having it returned was a wonderful bonus as it saves so much time. I will use them again in a heartbeat.
