Vérifié ClientWe appreciate the honesty in all reviews. Though we strive to always find everything there is to find, there are times where that just isn't possible. With a 1986 year model vehicle, we can only do so much for prediciting failure(s). I'm sorry that the fuel pump ultimately failed. However, when in the service bay, it had adequate pressure and was allowing for the vehicle to start, run, and be test-driven. As we tell all of our customers, the most expensive repair to make is the one you didn't have to make. As it wasn't failed at the time, we didn't recommend replacement (incurring additional repair costs). I hope our willingness to take care of this "boo-boo" by towing the truck back in and replacing your fuel pump at no additional out-of-pocket cost to you will be sufficient in demonstrating our integrity as a customer-oriented business.
