I came in for a routine critical recall from out of state.
I came in for a routine critical recall from out of state. The service at this particular location has went down in the last few years. They wouldn't loan us a car, offered a shuttle, didn't have the car completed until closing time. The original replacement part was damaged, so we prompted them to call surrounding Hyundai locations in colorado to find one because they wanted to keep our car another whole day, that was after they did not search around for 3 hours and had to be coerced by us...the customers to do their job. It was a debacle to say the least. Then the point inspection was not completed, so it was a disappointing trip to Foundation hyandai and I most likely will not be returning to this location.

I miss the old owner!
Three weeks to get an appointment for an oil change, they no longer provide the report on the 30 point inspection. An oil change took an hour and a half.

Resolved Issue w Excellent Customer Service
Hyundai in Boulder exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond in their service department. Christina was personable, professional and provided excellent customer service. I appreciated their 'white glove' attention and think it speaks highly to a brand that is up leveling their reputation to compete with some of the luxury car brands.

Problem not remedied
I brought my car in to have the service notification turned off which should have been done at the initial service. I also asked them to fix what sounds like a loose sunroof. They didn’t fix it and the rattle remains - it took an hour to tighten bolts so I’m not super
Thrilled to return for another hour of my time to have them look at the sunroof again. I may try another dealer to see if their service is better.
Also, it should be standard to wash mats, and vacuum and wash car when returned. That’s a gold star service experience

This place is Great. I was in and out in no time at all. I called on a car. I was responded to quickly. I drove up and it was already to go. Finance Guy was extremely polite and fun. Sales Manager came up and thanked me personally.

Very professional and exceptional service
Staff checked me in very efficiently made sure that I knew what over the cost mere made sure that They have my number to call me for anything. They then called me with all the items that need to be fixed with estimates on it there were no surprises whatsoever when I went to pick up the car

Hyundai Service - Excellent
Christina and James provide excellent service and assistance; and the techs did a great job on my car; it is running now-no more warning lights! I actually trust Hyundai to be honest with me and work on my vehicle, whereas, I don't feel like I can trust other dealerships to be honest with me on my vehicle needs.
