Honest and quick!!!
Was looking at a very expensive repair for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Joe and Mike found that the issue was a lot less expensive and had the honesty and integrity to let me know. Any other shop would have definitely taken advantage of this situation. Very helpful and very honest. Did a very clean, prompt job. Would definitely recommend!

They treat you like family
I found a screw in my tire recently and thought for sure I'd be told to bring my car in the next morning to have it fixed, but when I called to explain what happened, I was told to bring my car right in. They were able to patch my tire quickly, and I had my car back as good as new in no time. I was impressed by their eagerness to help (and friendly, reassuring demeanor) and the fact that they made the effort to fix the tire rather than tell me I needed a new one (because some places do try sheisty stuff like that). And the price for everything was a lot less than I expected. Forest City definitely has my trust and admiration. I highly recommend them.

Under Warrantee
I brought my car is and one of the issues was that the air conditioning was not blowing cool air. Mike (the owner) called me to tell me my car was under warranty and that I could get this fixed for free at the dealership. Now that was awesome service!!

Great service
My daughter had a minor issue that needed repair. Dropped off car late Thursday With no appointment but was advised mechanics were booked for Friday. Thought she would have to wait until Monday.
Mike took care of the issue on Friday!
