Thanks for the review. At times it expensive to keep theese rigs on the road, I have been chasing transmission problems with my 3rd gen, and it is frustrating. We are an open book here, and are an hourly shop. I appreciate that you trust us with your vehicle.
Thank you,
Bernie
Your truck was a tough one to locate the noise, but we found it. Thanks for your patience. Filing that one away in the memory bank!
Our customers are our family. With out you there would be no us.
Thats why we call it the Flying Wrench Family
Thanks Cliff we try!
The dealer wanted $2300 to fix the problem they caused (failure to hook up a hose in the diesel exhaust fluid system, which caused DEF to stream out of the tank). Flying Wrench identified the issue and fixed it for $537. They also prepared the right documentation for me to recover the cost of the repair from the Ford dealer.
