Service department damaged my car
The service department was to repair my motor they checked everything to see all that was wrong. Prior to moving forward with the repair they told me all that needed to be done. Never once did they tell me the bracket that holds my alternator was cracked. They informed me they had my motor and my car was being repaired. The next day they tell me my bracket was cracked and I had to pay an additional 300 plus dollars to repair it. I know they cracked that bracket and made me pay for it. Recently, I took my car to see why my wheel was vibrating. I told them I think I need a wheel alignment. They agreed. When I took my car it was not pulling to the right when I drove it. After they did the alignment my car was pulling to the right. I took the car back and was told they checked twice and there isn't anything else wrong with my car. The paper work they gave me showed that my tires were in fair condition. That is all. I called the manager and now he want to tell me the report say it's my bushing. When did this report get written is my question? The man Matt told me as I was getting my car back Nothing is wrong with my car.
Women, beware. Clearly they sabotage your vehicle causing you to have to keep coming back. I am very 😡 upset with the service department and being lied too and wrong covered.
