Mike said they had the vehicle for 11 days, they misdiagnosed it, he was told it $900, it was $1700 in the end. He's very unhappy, disappointed, they are great people and the service is not up to par.

Our team can understand the situation was not ideal with the various deficiancies the vehicle had upon entering service. We occaisionally face circumstances where additional parts are needed during the repair process depending on the vehicle systems that are impacted. Parts availability can often lead to an extended service period and we strive to keep our customers moving as quickly as our resources can allow. The team appreciates your business.
