Ryan was very pleasant to deal with and explained all the scenarios which might happen, from best case scenario to possible extra work if they needed to remove the heads to extract the exhaust manifold bolts. The shop was able the extract the broken exhaust manifold bolts and repair the vehicle saving me lots of labor to remove the head. Ryan detailed what they did and the methods to remove the bolts. I was very pleased with the repair. Ryan runs a very clean shop and communicated updates through out the repair process. I would highly recommend this shop.
