We have always gone to Foreign Auto Rebuild on Eastlake. Tried Fix for first time b/c of a hit and run on our new CRV. (Grrrr.) Everyone was *so nice* and *so helpful* when I wandered in. Tom -- the processor, the nice administrative assistant woman behind the desk; the staff who politely told me how/where to park in your tight Capitol Hill neighborhood. The car was done far earlier than predicted, at the estimated cost, was spotless (much cleaner than when I dropped it off) and is running great. Happy holidays to the staff there. Have used before, job nicely done, trust USAA to choose well. But length of time, need to send to another location to be done in moderately timely manner and failure to inform of additional cost new and unfortunate. (Entered by customer via UpdatePlus)
