When I went to pick up my car, the rear bumper was not properly fastened to the rear quarter panel. Luckily I noticed and pulled at it a bit, and it was totally loose on the side they did the repair. The mud flap on that side was also out of place. I noted it to the staff and they told me a clip had come unfastened. Had I driven away without checking, this could have been a safety issue. It is the bumper after all. I expect more attention to detail from a place restoring vehicle aesthetics.
