Negative experience
Would not recommend. Lacks communication. Our car was damaged upon recalibration and when we came to pick up our car, the “new” parts were still damaged. They also broke our middle console (did not disclose this. We found out after a thorough walkthrough of our car). Recommend doing a thorough walkthrough of your car if you use this facility.

Quality team and service
From the moment I walked through their door for my estimate I was treated with kindness. The team answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was bother, which is rare these days.
My Subaru Forester looks great, they even went over my replaced part list and explained what things were and where they went. Paint match is great. I even got my car back a day early.
I recommend Fix Auto to everyone, the entire experience made the stress of an accident a pleasant one. In other words no stress as soon as I walked through their doors.

Another great job
This is my second experience at Fix auto. They’re a major company that treats customers as the number one priority, which is a welcomed surprise these days. Their employees are nice, patient, and friendly which makes a huge difference in the overall experience.
