Disappointing experience
Poor quality control, lack of flexibility, rude customer service, unwillingness to take responsibility… hopefully this is one off among many good experiences others seemed to have had. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Your comments about scheduling, payment transparency, and finish quality were important for us to hear. We’ve reviewed your repair and confirmed that all work meets Subaru’s certified repair standards, but we recognize that communication and customer experience matter just as much as the quality of the repair itself.
