Friendly service, got a great deal
We are very happy with the excellent service provided by our salesman Mr. Tong Liu and his team at Fitzgerald. All staff seemed knowledgeable and pleasant, making our experience as efficient as possible. The 2024 Ionia 6 is a great vehicle and we got a very good value for our trade.

Check your car all over for defects, some factory accessories not needed.
For Hyundai, not necessarily the dealer's fault. The factory accessories are costly and not needed to put more burden on consumer, unless the consumer really want them, extra cost of $850+ 6% tax.
Also some manufacturer defects on the car can't be noticed but once off the lot, the dealer and Hyundai both says nothing can be done, even with a few days after buying.

Easy and clear purchasing
Cameron was friendly and easy to talk to about my concerns. I got to ride in multiple versions of the car I was looking at and he explained things to this non-car person in clear ways I could understand. When working out the financing, he took the time to look at all my options with me and clear up any confusion with management. I was able to leave with my pretty new car that evening!

Outstanding Purchasing Experience
I simply needed a slighter larger car than my 2020 Kona. Thus, I planned to purchase a new Ioniq 5 for my upcoming July milestone birthday. However, with the threat of looming tariffs, I decided best to purchase now! Sales Consultant Melissa Martin was able to locate the color I desired from a "sister-dealer" and the car was available within a few hours. All the paperwork, financing, etc. was handled very efficiently by the business manager. Through our conversation, I learned I was intitled to a substantial warranty refund from my trade-in. What a welcomed surprise!
I highly recommend Fitzgerald for a positive car purchasing acquisition..

Matt was great and super helful!)
Decided to check out some of the new cars near work, more or less knew what I wanted. Was lunchtime so just went in without an appointment in the showroom. Matt was there to great me, and was very patient, and asked if I knew what I wanted and if he could help me in any way. Ended up buying the elantra I saw online for the advertised price, and the next day he even helped connect my phone to the new cars blue-tooth or android. Have bought many new cars in the past this was the most pleasant experience. THANKS!

Fitzgerald Hyundai has a great staff who provide professional service assisting you with your needs from purchasing a vehicle to servicing that vehicle. My sales consultant, Ms Allen, was very pleasant, carefully "listened" to my needs, was thoroughly knowledgeable of the features and provided options to meet those needs. She was very patient while I made decisions, and made me feel like a valued customer. The finance staff was very pleasant and accommodated my special needs, also making me feel like a valued customer. Additional options/extended warranty was explained in detail and I was never pushed to select an option I did not want.
