So I got out the car and ask can I get my air or will you do it
He said I don’t know anything about what happened

Terrible experience
This place is the kind of place that give auto repair shops a bad name. You can go but be prepared for them to try to get you to spend hundreds of dollars more for something you don’t need. I witnessed them do this to othe customers then they did the same to me. A new car failed a state inspection bc of some condensation in a headlight...they want me to replace the whole light for $800. Please...I’m never going back to another Firestone. If my car fails bc of condensation why am I waiting over an hour for you to fail my car when you knew you were going to fail it within the first 5 minutes. Such a rip off! Wasted my time and my money at this place. Never again!
