Had noise issues with the driveshaft of my Dodge Charger Hellcat. Turns out it’s due to the aftermarket driveshaft. It’s a manufacturer issue and I’m happy that Finish line was able to diagnose the problem

Supercharger maintenance
My supercharger ( bought new and installed by another performance shop) lost substantial power after about 5,000 miles. The original installer was unable to provide any explanation or advise.
I researched who provided best tunes and service for it. Lund Racing was the front runner for many brands including mine. I paid a substantial amount for the full kit ( probably won't make that decision again, regardless of brand). Lund recommended Finish Line.
The shop is located about 2:20 minutes from my home. I called explaining the issues. And they scheduled me in. Upon arriving I could see they had no shortage of business.
The diagnostic and repair took 31 days. More than I anticipated. But if the work was quality and remmied the problem that was OK.
The positive: they were able to restore about 85 - 88% if the power. They stayed in communication and advised what each fix would cost. And didn't under quote. The blower runs good, not like it's original dyno but much better. Remember I paid top dollar and paid for installation. So the original upfront cost was way more than the rediculous low quotes I see on Google YouTube. I believe the power is as good as it will get without a full replacement of the fuel system and e85. Again costly.
Their total price with labor was fair.
The cons: it took 31 days. They removed a whine sound tube I bought and had installed and didnt tell me. Or place it in the trunk. Its gone. I will eat that. Not worth the round trip drive. The parking lot is gravel and dirt. I would think with the volume of business the could pave it. My car was filthy! I mean filthy. Had to have it detailed after I returned home.
The Lloyd's car mats very filthy. Mud on the divers side. This may sound petty, but for the money spent, their reputation. Having the car clean upon pickup would serve them well and improve their already good reputation.
That being said should I do any additional power mods I would use them again.

Flexible and Informative
Finishline Performance was recommended to us about 4 years ago and they are our go-to shop. They have been very informative letting us know what is important to fix now and what could probably wait. hurray, you found my rattle!
I have put up with a rattle in Janey’s car for over three years. No one could find it. Now you have found and fixed it. It was worn sway bar rods and associated fittings. Every little bump caused a metallic rattle in the suspension. Thanks Brian, Kevin, and staff!!

Excellent professional service
I had taken my truck to 4 other shops to get a check engine diagnosed. 1 said I had an air intake issue and needed a part replaced so ver 1k. The Ford dealership said I needed to replace both catalytic converters over 3k. Other thought might be a turbo issue. Brian and his team found it was a sensor which saved me thousands. If I would have followed Fords recommendation I would have replaced something not needing replaced and still had a broken truck. This will be my new go to. Thanks again!

Amazing experience!!

Great experience
Took my car in for passenger rear noise and they did everything they could to find it.
After hours of searching they found the issue. Broken aftermarket rear shocks. They put on brand new OEM shocks for me while they talk with aftermarket company to replace the old shocks with new ones.
Driving 1.5hrs is worth going to these guys.
Fully trust them and they know what’s they’re doing…..
