I came in and got all four of my tires changed. Afterwards my car makes a scrapping sound ever time I turn. I did not have this problem before the tire change. I brought it back in to have them take a look. They drove it around and claimed they didn't hear the sound. When I drove it with the mechanic. We heard the sound. So they took all the tires back off and claimed they couldn’t find the problem and that they did not hear the sound agin when they drove it. However I still have this terrible scrapping sound when I turn.
I am always comfortable with these guys working on my car. The pricing structure is fair. The business is usually quite busy and sometimes there is a long wait. It may be helpful to arrange for a drop-off and pick up later schedule.
