Complimentary Maintenance - Bad Experience
Been to this dealership many times to service my vehicle and had great experiences. It was my service dealer of choice. However, when I last visited for my 18K complimentary maintenance, I was told that my turbo was not listed as a turbo in their system so my Maintenace would be full price. I was told by service person that there was nothing they could do. It was in their system as a non-turbo and only Hyundai can fix it. So I called Hyundai while there and confirmed that it's a turbo in their system and that my Maintenace should be free. While doing so service person said that service would be covered. You need to trust your service provider and this experience was far from it. Still not sure what the service person was trying to do.

My service was for recalls.
Faulkner was waiting for parts to complete a recall. Due to pandemic, parts took a bit longer. Received and completed in a timely manner.

Staff turnover - poor service - poor communication
Routine maintenance took over 7.5 hours. Poor communication about delayed status. Tried to tell me I needed a part that was just replaced on my last visit - don’t try to rip off your loyal customers!

A little underwhelming
I was pleased that my vehicle was taken care of but it took almost an hour longer than I was told it would for a simple oil change. Also, I was Told that my vehicle would be washed every time it was serviced and my vehicle was certainly not clean when returned to me.

Inagain outagain finegan.
We had an appointment for service, oil filter change and tire rotation. The appointment time was 7:30am. We were finished and leaving the dealership at 8:30am. Everything was checked, and fluids were topped off. Anyone can spare an hour to get things done right!

Good news, bad news
Oil filter was defective, unknown at the time. Oil leaked. Problem quickly corrected upon discovery. Thanks to the dealer service dept.

My Radiator Leak was repaired as promptly as possible.
Upon my arrival on Feb. 9 Matt reviewed all the work that needed to be done to repair the radiator leak and how many hours it would take. Matt also offered a ride home. He also offered a ride to go get lunch. We appreciated the offers but we waited until all the work was complete. Thanks Hyundai for a job well done.
