Great work!
Had to have extensive work completed on my car due to storm damage. Faulkner did great work and finished in only three weeks. Rob Shade answered any email I sent checking on the status of the job. Overall, I would recommend Faulkner!

Well Done
Rob S was great to deal with. My Subaru with low mileage had extensive damage and I was very apprehensive concerning repairs. Joe C, collision mgr., was very helpful that my car would be fixed properly.

Needs to comply with customers’ requested updates
Our car repair was delayed but we did not get notified until we called the day we were supposed to pick up (according to automated emails). Also, our rep did not seem happy/pleasant about having to work with us.

Good Morning,  this was a very big repair,as far as in paint for 2 weeks? i that does not seen correct,advisor on this claim is out of the office for about a month, i looked at notes, looks like customer was kept informed, i will keep a better eye on this.

This was an extensive repair, the vechicle had 3 bake cycles, interior refinish,outer, and gate,we updated often,also had backordered parts

Well done
They gave a thorough examination of the damage, outlined a course of action, dealt with the insurance company, and had the car back to me as promised, better than new. Very easy to deal with Rob S and crew.

Sparkling!!
My whole experience was excellent. Rob clearly explained the timeline. Joy updated me by phone. Repairs were thorough. The detail crew must have worked overtime because my 12 year old car was sparkling when I picked her up. Thanks, folks!

Painless and well done
Working with Rob S and Joy was smooth and easy. The rental car was ready on site Shen I dropped off the car and the repairs were done well. The car was detailed prior to pick-up and it was all completed within ten days.
