Our Vehicle Appraiser at Faulkner Collision - South Philadelphia was very considerate and cooperative to our needs and concerns regarding the damage repairs to my Subaru Outback Touring XT
My Subaru Outback Touring XT was side swiped by a van while parked on my street that resulted in damage to my rear side panel, bumper, wheel cladding, a big hole in the sidewall of my tire and a badly scratched and cracked wheel. Subaru of America recommended Faulkner Collision Center in South Philadelphia, giving them a 5 star rating, to repair my Outback. Faulkner Collision was very professional working with us as well as my insurance company. We received a fully detailed repair list showing everything that needed to be replaced, how the work was to be performed along with full costs that included labor, parts, etc. Also noted was where my replacement wheel and tire were coming from. There were a few delays from the wheel supplier as to the promised date for my wheel. Ed, our Vehicle Appraiser at Faulkner kept me informed of the delays and also took my calls with my concerns. When I told Ed I didn't feel comfortable any longer with the wheel supplier and I would prefer a wheel ordered directly from Subaru, he wasn’t sure if our insurance company would allow it. After explaining that a REMAN wheel would void my Subaru warranty and extended warranty and that I wanted an OEM wheel for my Outback, Ed, understanding my concern, ordered an OEM wheel directly from SUBARU so as not to void my SUBARU warranties. My Husband and I could not be happier with the consideration to our concerns and the overall work performed on our Subaru Outback Touring XT. She looks like she just came off the showroom floor. Faulkner Collision Center in South Philadelphia did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend Faulkner Collision Center to anyone needing repair work on their vehicle.
