Amazing Experience
I was on vacation in Hershey when I had an incident with my car on a Sunday. I was not familiar with the area so I took a chance calling Subaru in Harrisburg first thing Monday morning. They referred me to Faulkner Body Works. The amazing team of Keya and Dawson took care of me every step of the way. They provided a calming reassurance, professionally inspected my car and assured it was road worthy. It was extraordinary customer service! I was back on the road and headed home Tuesday morning. It was their caring and kind attitude that impressed me the most. I wound not hesitate to recommend Faulkner Body Works. I am sincerely grateful for their help and expertise.

Overall good experience
Staff was courteous and helpful. The repairs took longer than expected however they did tell me that it was going to be approx 1 1/2 to 2 months which is approx what it took. Once the parts were in and the car was beginning to get repaired things moved quickly and I was kept abreast of the process. Overall happy with my experience and the repairs to my vehicle. This is the second time using them and I would use them again.

My deer struck Subaru outback onyx
Just like that, I’m on the phone with insurance, towing, trying to find a good collision center! I chose Faulkner body Works at the strength of the Faulkner name! After the initial conversation communication was only on an as they needed to talk to me basis! Knowing that this is gonna be a while I figured I would not bother them while I had a rental car covered under insurance! It was drawing near to the time of my rental expiration. Let’s say two weeks ahead when I finally got in touch with him by stopping by to see them in person and they said I needed to sign authorizations to repair And put in my registration and insurance card because my inspection which they said they would take care of was going to expire at the end of the month and they would have it later than that! I spoke to four different individuals throughout the whole repair process all of which I told him my car needed to be state inspected since they are holding it past the promised estimated date of repair finish! I even asked the lady who called me to tell me, my car was done is my car inspected and she said yes so I arranged two different individuals to take time out of their evening and gas money to go and get my car since I wasn’t getting off work until you closed and when they got there, the car was undrivable because it did not have an inspection sticker for me to legally drive it so Had to send those two back home after wasting their time and mine and get on Phone to argue with John about him promising me to have it my car inspected upon pick up. He also tried to get me to come back the next morning during a snowstorm to take the car myself to have it inspected And I said no deal you promised me so he followed through because he had to! In Faulkner collisions defense looking around their property they seem to be overwhelmed with work and need more technicians. Plus they’re finished. Products looked excellent very nice job but getting from point a to point B I felt quite left in the dark . Also, at checkout the final bill was $5000 more than the insurance check which showed me being responsible for it. I made them re-itemize the bill to declare that driver myself is not responsible. The insurance is responsible for their overage charge if someone just would’ve talked to me During the whole process, all of this would’ve been understandable, waiting on parts being overwhelmed with work holidays being off sick, but no one seemed to want to talk and communicate to keep me at peace about this whole trying event!

Worst body shop.
We were recommended to go there by Travelers car insurance after a deer ran into our car. Our car had been inspected 2 days before the deer incident.
They had the car 4 months. When we picked it up there was a blinker popped out, the steering column controls did not work, which included the speedometer and the automatic door locks did not work. We took it back the next day. I called later that day and was told that all issues were fixed. I asked the man in charge of our claim to walk out to the car with us. NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED. He said, "Oh sorry I guess we can't fix it??!!"
Who does that?

Slower than promised
Personnel were careless and did not meet timeframe given for repairs. If you say it will take 4 days, it shouldn't take 7 days.
Communication about delays were non-existent. The body work itself is excellent. No complaints there. Would I use them again? Yes, but now I know it won't be a seamless experience, unfortunately.

car repair from accident
The inspection of my car, after accident, when Russ rode in it, indicated a crunching noise in the drivers front wheel & declared my car unfit to drive any distances, took my car to repair shop asap. Body work was done beautifully. Took extra time due to a bent backet that had to be reordered & all new parts & paint job. Great job. Thanks Faulkner Repair.

Prompt response to our accident.
John and Mike kept us informed, with quick response estimate and progress on repairs. Lakeya sent us the paperwork and handled the documents that needed signatures. Mike keep work moving so we got the car before our vacation. Great work .

No Communication
Body shop had my car for three weeks and only called me the day to pick it up. I never received any communication from them, which didn't make sense because I provide my information to be updated on a daily basis. I had to call into body shop each week for status. Each time I called in, they never gave me a date of when the repairs would be completed.

Thank you for a good experience and the job of them
I was met in the office by a very upbeat and positive person who went outside to take pictures of my car, and we were done. I got the estimate the next day, I drop my car off the night before my appointment at the convenient Honda drop box. Due to back up and paint jobs, they weren’t sure I would get my car back in a timely manner; phone calls were made and they went above and beyond to get my car finished. My legacy is a 2011, and it looks like new. The paint job was excellent and they even cleaned my car inside and out. Very well pleased.

Great service always!
Waited a long time for parts before a minor repairs could be scheduled and completed, but otherwise great service. Note that parts delivery is not something Faulkner can control.

Repairs
Overall, my vehicle is fixed and I am happy about that. Communication needs to be better. I didn’t find out until day of pick up that one of my door guards could not be replaced. I am not sure how much effort was put into this. The solution was to remove the 3 remaining ones which I said absolutely not. I paid money to have them on and to be repaired. Do not remove them.

Find somewhere else to go.
Only redeeming quality was the manager taking responsibility for the damages.

I took my car in, and it was to be external fixes. However, I got it back, and the inside was a mess. The inside was never cleaned up after the process. There was debris and stains in my car that were not there when I took it in and damage to multiple places. I will never recommend this place to anyone because there is no quality assurance, no one looked over the car before having me pick it up. The car was filthy on the outside and inside. This was no where near a quality experience and I’m still waiting for my car.
