The oil change itself has been ok, other than you don’t have multiple options on the brand of oil you want to use, but that’s not too bad. What I don’t like is the package I purchase every time I go advertised to check all other fluids and fill them when low. This is the second visit I’ve had where my washer fluid doesn’t get refilled, I’m paying $50 for an oils change, surely a little washer fluid won’t break their bank! The purpose for losing two stars is because I made sure to specify that I would like the washer fluid filled (as they didn’t do it last time either) and I get 5mins up the road from the shop before my “washer fluid low” light comes on. Please do better at following through with the details of the packages you guys provide. Thanks!
