Rear ended again
This Outback was rearended about 3 years ago and I followed the USAA recommendation in going to Farrish auto body shop. This time I didn’t ask and went there. Another good job. No issues with the repairs and no rattling either. There was a parts delay but that’s not on the shop.

Overspray, a New Scratch and Mileage Question
I do not think that Farrish Subaru’s Fairfax Auto Body wants me to do a review right now, but this step seems to be part of the feedback process. On the drive home we noticed overspray dots on the windshield. I called, and they said that we needed to return and that they would fix it. When we go back, we will show them a new approximately one-inch scratch near the driver’s-side tail light. We will also ask how the car logged over 700 miles while in their shop, according to their Mileage In reading and the current mileage. That said, they successfully repaired the damaged door, which looks good now. Their customer service has been excellent, so I hope that our concerns can be resolved.

Pleased With the Work
I'm glad I went with Farrish when my car was hit by another driver. They worked with the other driver's insurance and made it easy for me from the time I dropped my car off. It was convenient to have Enterprise rental so nearby. I chose Farrish because it was Subaru-certified and I wanted things done right. My car looks like new again and despite delays waiting on insurance to come approve the work, they were able to get the work done faster than expected once they were able to get started.

Awesome experience
Kyle, Chris, and Mike are all amazing, Updated daily on the status. Very good delivery, and the car was cleaned for me as well. they handled everything so I didn't have to stress about it!

Excellent job!
Chris is always so thorough when dropping my car off. Not only providing me with a detailed estimate but pictures along with it, so am able to see exactly why I need the parts I am being quoted. The receptionist is so friendly and knowledgeable always willing to work with my schedule. I have to drive from Charlottesville VA to Fairfax to have them service my vehicle and it is worth the time and miles!

Decent Shop
Average experience. Staff was kind and easy to talk to. Repairs and time it took to come to agreement between insurance and the shop was on the longer side, but for the most part body work looked good.
