Professional and truthful
I took my car in because it kept stopping on me while driving. They were very upfront and honest stating that they could not re-create the issue so they did not know what the issue was. They did let me know a couple other issues I had just really appreciate their upfront honesty. Instead of trying to say there was an issue that they found which they really did not. Great business, honest, trustworthy professional all the time

Brought in a 2013 Honda pilot for an engine misfire.
As usual (Far East is the only place I take any of my Hondas or Acuras for the last 10 years), I left with a smooth running car that was diagnosed properly and without any estimate or charge bloat. Knowing how honest and meticulous they are with my cars is a rare stress reliever these days.

Wonderful service, and early
I have been using these guys since my good friend Bill Turner died (Accurate Automotive). They have consistently outperformed other mechanics, been great people as well! This time they were early with my car, and she is running great. Just make sure you make an appointment in advance, but cannot recommend them enough!

My 2010 Accord was thoroughly checked to make all necessary maintenance was brought up to date, explained every detail, suggested most necessary work and future care with no pressure. As a single retired senior I’m so grateful to have an exclusive Honda service shop close to home.
