My 2022 Subaru Outback had a front end repair after a minor accident. It was easy making the appointment to get the car in, getting the diagnosis, and setting the appointment to have it fixed. The front office staff was excellent, they worked closely with my insurance. The technician kept me informed throughout the process, and gave me a realistic timeline for the repairs. The timeline given, was met and the car looks and runs well. They went above and beyond, even getting me transportation home when I left the car, and picking me up when the car was ready.
