It took a while to get it completed, 3 months, but some of that was dealing with insurance. Other shops had the same general timeframe to complete the job so I guess that's just industry standard for the damages the car had. They communicated with me along the way and had knowledgeable answers to my inquiries. The car looks great and performs well.
It took a while to get in but, once they got to my car, everything went smoothly. The car looks great and I appreciate that they stuck to their original estimate.
After being unable to find a collision center in Colorado Springs (closer to me), I was able to get a repair estimate and then to get my car into the shop for the repair work very quickly. Communication during the repairs was good, too, so I knew what was going on as the repairs continued. The car looked, smelled, and drove like new when I got it back from Fairway. Very pleased all around.
Fairway made my car look like new again. I appreciate how thorough they were with getting my car street ready.
