I drop by this location the day of the new year to ask a Question about my car and was given a cold Reply and as if why are you a Black person coming here .I had been to that location years ago and young man was very nice printed out a estimate ...Since I live close I went there and to another Auto shop. This time I was met by a old lady with Grey hair who had no present for the public or maybe it was me.I writing this I wouldn't want this type of thing to happen to another Person of Color.Im hoping HR sees this for training and and better outcome.Thank you..
