Logan said they were professional, very understanding and patient. They explained the process, the communication was good as well the price. It was out of his budget but they explained what they were doing and why it cost what it did. They also made suggestions for further services and offered him a percentage off on the next service. It was his second time there and he wanted to give kudos to Carlos, he spoke highly of him. Carlos assures his customers and is also genuine with them.
