Poor customer service
Most horrible experience I have ever had in purchasing and getting things done as promised. Salesman Jesse Toon is not a man of his word nor is Wes Duffy the general sales manager. Both of them should be let go as well as the tech that did the certified inspection of the truck. The tires were missing and having chunks of rubber coming off and he passed it. I didn’t notice the tires until the next day when it was not raining. I did notify Jesse about this the following day. Also there was a scratch that Jesse said would be fixed and not be able to see when repaired but that didn’t happen. BAD DEALERSHIP and personal. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General Office. The Attorney General Office suggests that I go to small claims court. That is my next step Wes Duffy told me I got a great deal and that they should not have sold it to me at that price. They didn’t have to sell it !!! That’s their problem but they need to honor their word and take care of the customer. I will not purchase nor have any on my family or friends purchase from this place.
