I can't say a bad word about Expert Car Care. Very friendly, but very professional at the same time. They helped get me a great price on my oil change. Living on SS every little bit helps. Thank you Expert Car Care for such great service. JB

Okay fairly quick
So the moment I walk in, I was in a line for about 10 minutes while the single front desk Clerk was handling 100 tasks at a time. Shout out to her, but when it came time for me to get work done on my car, I was asking questionsabout getting, an alignment for my stock 2010 honda accord. I let the clerk know I had an appointment for 4:30, come to find out she said I didn't. I know for a fact I spoke to a lady, which I assumed was her and she proceedrd to tell me there is another location, not far from there with a female clerk, but I recal being told to go to the orange city location. And in doing so I did, which at this point she knew I was frustrated and got me in for a service, and matched the price I told her from what her other Clerk told me. In which it got me more level headed. But what made me want to leave this review was the wait time, 1 hour 45 minutes for an alignment. I get it there are other cars, and 3 people before me at this point. And then I got a free A/C inspection more of a turn my car on and tell me I'm low on the freon, which I knew already, and wanted to charge me almost 300$ to just recharge it, I was blown away for that price. Knowing the freon cost maybe 60$ max, and to till fill my cars levels and it takes maybe 10 to 15 minutes to connect the hoses and let the machine run. Overall I wanst satisfied nor displeased with my first time being at this car shop. Atleast the free dry cookies and coffee was worth the wait.

Quick handling our emergency
We had a mishap with our truck at the start of a long drive home. Pulled of the highway and thank goodness this shop was right there. They were able to get us a diagnostic quickly and started working on the truck right away. Unfortunately, our issue happened around 5pm and it needed a part to fix - otherwise I think we might have gotten it fixed the same day. But they ordered a part for us and had the car fixed and got us back on the road early the next morning. They even called us a taxi to get us to a hotel for the night.

Great work
I had to get the 90k service done on my 18' Sportage. They recommended all that needed to be done, and it was all finished in less the time they quoted! I will be going back for all my car care needs.
