Way too expensive

Right off the bat I'm being charged $125 for an inspection fee I don't need. I went in there telling them what I needed. I just needed front brakes and rotors. I don't want anything else done. They refused to give me an estimate for what I requested. $550 dollars for a simple brake job is ridiculous. I will never be going back there again. If they are charging this much for brakes, then I know they will overcharge for everything else.
