Trustworthy and Efficient
I found Expert Auto Care on Yelp and decided to take my car there because of their stellar reviews. After taking my 2019 Lexus IS 300 for its 70k maintenance and having the chance to talk to Christian, I see why this place is highly rated. First, the cost of my maintenance was way less at Expert Auto Care than if I had taken my car at the Lexus dealership. Second, Christian took the time to explain everything to me and even encouraged me to check in with Lexus to see if my concern is covered by my warranty before he fixed it himself. As someone who knows nothing about cars, he could've told me that he would fix it and charge me for it, and I would have never questioned him. Instead, he was honest and genuinely wanted to help me. I definitely will take my car there again and have my husband take his car there too.
