Vérifié Clientgood morning customer advised has 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on shocks customer also may have a air or calibation problem leveling ride , has air suspension, CUSTOMER REQUESTED air shocks replaced, WE did not diagnose , customer made aware of a problem and asked if he could bring back in , where we repsonded yes of course but saturday when he could bring back in advised customer saturday was not a good day if could drop off during weekday to give us time to check his air suspension calibration no charge diagnose fee we are not resposible for mechanical condition of vehicle . Reached out to customer to bring during week which he is free to do and we will check out his air suspenision problem , wheather elelcrical or mechanical unrelated to shocks replaced at customer request .
