Vérifié ClientHELLO in repsonse to the accusation it is nor possibble for it to have no coolant we added and topped off all fluids as a service when exp we were advised by customer that her coolant was low we asked to bring in we will recheck fluid levels for customer . she also let us know she added just water and if we could drain and refill for her which we did and at not cost as a coutesty customer satisfaction . NOW if customer is still has a problem with coolant level and is still a having to add fluid and is not leaking externally it is possible that it is leaking internally possible head gasket thru exhaust . so with saying the claim that do not trust them with anything is a misrepresentaion on customer part and should be disregarded . we stand behind our work and warranty our service, but have no resposniblity to the mecahnical condition of the vehicle . thanks for your understanding and if we can help in any way reach out let us know
