Vérifié ClientIn response to Mr Dave comment a text message was sent to dave basically asking if he would like to replace the additional fuel injectors on the vehicle at the same time as the labor is the same to replace 1 as it is to replace all 8 , we diagnoised the # 2 injector being bad high voltage so the question was clear and left up to him to decide replace the 1 that is bad or all 8 this way you dont accure additional labor cost later if another injector was to go bad ,We respond or reach out thru via email and text in messenging incluiding pictures , diagnoses estimates for most or all vehicle customers are welcome to respond via text email ,or phone in Unfortunatly Mr Dave was not understanding the question or the process and we felt it best for dave to get a second opinion . I had brought my truck in with the check engine light and they supposedly fix it, brought it back to him again for a second time on the same day and had to wait the weekend to get it diagnosed.
Wrongfully diagnosed and all I get is a quote, no call or nothing. I asked about the other fuel injectors and he said it was just the one. The next day i have to call and find out that it’s all the fuel injectors, when he should’ve checked it and gave me the actual quote, he never checked the truck until the day he has to do the work. Just went of the plug in reading for an mis fire.
