Hi Andrew just wanted to say I called on Friday at 5:45 to talk to you but you weren’t there so another person helped me out . Just wanted to say that I was going to send my wife to pick up the car for me because I have just came out of work and I was not going to make it before 6 . When she got there it was 5:55 and as soon as she walked in there was an older man that screamed out loud (Billy’s wife is here and we could all go home now ) my wife felt very disrespected she was in the office when the older man said that out loud . Person that was helping her did not say anything to the employee that made that comment. By the way it was before 6 which they are still on the clock . Just wanted to let you know it was really not professional making comments like that while customers at all not to mention in the office . As business owner I will never let my staff make any comments like that . Thank you

Hi, thank you for taking the time to reach out and share your experience and I sincerely apologize for the way your wife was made to feel when she came in to pick up your vehicle. That comment was completely unprofessional and does not reflect the standard we hold ourselves to here. Our doors are open until 6:00, and every customer deserves to be treated with the same respect and courtesy regardless of what time they arrive.
