AC and Brakes
Came in because I had a brake issue and AC was out. Expecting a costly outcome, I was extremely pleased the Service Manager took the time to talk with me about the issues I was having and they did a detailed diagnosis. They diagnosed the issues, made the repairs and communicated the entire time. Will definitely be back for future service. Great customer service!

Oil change
Christian is always pleasant and extremely helpful. I had my brakes replaced a couple months ago and they were squeaking and he happily replace them. I'm always happy with the repairs they have done for me

Good guys
We’re all good experience, Christian seems very genuine and straightforward regarding the repairs to my vehicle

I did having to spend an extra $200 on a new battery because someone at the shop left the lights on, which is why the battery was dead when I came to pick it up, and then dead the next morning when I try to start it.


A little detail missed by the team that cost me a couple hundred bucks, otherwise happy with the service

Dead on the road
Was on my way to their shop when my vehicle lost all power. They quickly sent two technicians to my location to jumpstart my vehicle and take it back to their shop. My car was quickly diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed promptly efficiently and expeditiously within a day. I'm overwhelmed by the sense of urgency of all staff at excite auto. I will highly recommend this establishment to all of my friends, family and colleagues. Christian, Jeremy and all staff went above and beyond my expectations to get my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

I am totally satisfied
I went for an oil change. The process was short and to the point. They gave my car a quick once over and got me out of the way. The shop is clean and comfortable. The restroom is clean and stocked. The price was cheaper that most of the other shops.

Big job with no hassle.
I came across Excited in a time of need. My 2004 Honda Accord lost all power and needed a tow. After believing the car was “gone for good”, I kinda gave up. These guys simply repaired the drive shaft and it was like new again. Fast forward to last week, when we needed some major work done to our 2015 Acura RDX. I didn’t think twice. Excite was our first choice. We needed a new timing belt, water pump, tensioner, all 6 spark plugs replaced, serpentine belt and a few other smaller repairs. Christian and his team were prepared for our drop off and had the vehicle ready by the time we came back from vacation. The vehicle drives smoother with more pep, all for a very reasonable price. Great team with vast knowledge. Would highly recommend!
