Whenever I was in earlier today, we noted that I've been coming to the same place for 10 years. I'd like to add on that they continue to treat me good every time I come in.
Had a leaky heater hose/coolant line. I just showed up midday Monday and they called me at 5:00 to say it was done & ready to pick up! They did a great job, very thorough and neat. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Excalibur is always quick and friendly and their customer service is excellent. I take all of my vehicles to them. They are always good about answering all my concerns.
This place is the best! The guys here are friendly and straightforward. I walk away feeling good about the work done and confident that my car has been well taken care of. Peace of mind is priceless!
I called them once to tell them that (after I had a “free” oil change at the dealership on my new car) I was broken down on the side of the highway with oil spilling out of the bottom of my car, I was going to arrange to be towed there. They reminded me my new car was probably still under warranty and to call the dealership to handle it, I did that and they towed it. Excalibur could have told me to go ahead and have it towed there, but they didn’t.
These are good guys who are honest, the first place I have been to and felt that way.
Also, the waiting room is comfortable!

I have nothing to say about this company but great things. Talk about an honest and knowledgeable!!! Where other shops with a charge me an arm and a leg these people took care of me.. "James"one of the main mechanics is person that you'll probably talk to in the front..he is a great guy straightforward and honest. I definitely wouldn't take my car anywhere else, they have helped me out several times. If you need a place to take your car where you can trust the people that are working on it and they're going to do you a fair price. This is the place.
