Incompetent and extremely rude
My car was misdiagnosed and the repairs weren’t properly done which resulted in more damage. Mechanic doesn’t know that replacing a fuel pump on a BMW requires the replacement of a gasket. Instead of admitting the mistake , Monica who claimed to be an owner started personally attacking me and lying and held my car for 3 extra days without fixing the issues they caused.

Charged for nothing
It's bizarre. You guys have such great reviews. The lousy work you say you performed on my car must be an anomaly. Must be personal. This place claims to be LGBTQ friendly but it's not the case, you should remove that from your site.

Beware. Warranty for their work non transferable
Beware. Discovered after I purchased a car that had been serviced for years by them that even if the part had been installed well within 24 months and less than 10k miles... they do not stand by their work. I would later find out that several parts that failed including water pump, thermosta etc that the parts they used were cheap and nowhere close to factory parts. Buyer beware and check under the hood to make sure they used the part they invoiced. In addition the owner Ronoldo H. Was rude and asked me to leave saying he will not argue when I pointed out that his website clearly says 2 year 24 thousnd mile warranty but zero mention of non transferability. When buyers purchase cars we are reassured by all the work the seller has recent records for and expect that these issues wont need to be overhauled in only a few thousand miles.

Worthless Warranty And Rude Owner Renoldo
Waterpump was fixed $900 July 2018. Warranty online covered work for 24 thousand miles and 2 years. Just bought the car. Alas, Renoldo H was rude and said he will not argue with me then asked me to leave. Another mechanic showed me that they used the wrong aftermarket part and now I have to pay another $900 to fix the work what they incorrectly did. Stay clear away Eurozone.

Helpful, friendly service
I had a great experience at Eurozone. Ronaldo explained everything to me simply and clearly. He told me all the options but was never pushy or salesy. I'm very happy with the services performed as well.

EZ PZ Car Maintenance
After being highly recommended by a co-worker, having Eurozone perform the B Service on my Mercedes GLK was painless, and saved me money over what I would have paid at the dealer. They also found a needed repair that was still covered by my factory warranty, that the dealer is now fixing. So nice to find a competent, user-friendly alternative to my dealer. Excellent Service with a complaint
I bring my car to Ronaldo and crew because I know Ronaldo is highly knowledgeable about complex German machinery and better yet, he is inquisitive and insightful in problem-solving much like a scientist. His creativity has solved previously mysterious problems with my car. I am complaining because I was charged a standard standalone 1-hour charge for diagnosis, which I consider to be part of the repair process. Yes, I agreed to pay the cost last time but this tells me that you really want to do simple oil change stuff and leave the more complicated work to other shops. OK, will do.

Great first impression
I own an RS4 and through social media (@myrs4) came accross this shop. Decided to give it a try. Went in for a diagnostic of what I suspected was an botchy previous repair in my S8 d2.
My suspicions turned out to be correct and I was able to get repairs rectified by previius shop who warranted the labor.
Thanks to their 32 point inspection they discovered further important necessary repairs that I plan to perform in the near future.
Overall I am very pleased with Eurozone Motors and I look forward to using them for future repairs.

Great professionals and very clear and honest.
Ronaldo helped me and explained everything clearly what's going on. And even said I don't want to tell you to repair and the sound doesn't go away then it'll be his liability. Other places would've just been keen on you getting it repaired there. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!!

Always honest
We always have a great experience at Eurozone. Renaldo is truly the most honest and straight up mechanic you will ever meet. He will let you know what repairs are needed and what can wait and takes the time to explain. He is professional and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend him if you want a mechanic that is always honest.

Eurozone Motors are the Best
Eurozone Motors and associates are AWESOME. Just became a first time BMW owner for the first time. Purchased a used BMW and wanted to have it inspected. So after searching the web I decided on Eurozone. Called and spoke with Ronaldo set up an appointment and took it in. After the free 32 point inspection was done was not a happy camper. Took the car back and after showing them. the photos and invoice from Eurozone they decided to take the vehicle back. What a relief and thanks to Eurozone. They are friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and communicative. I have every intent on making them my mechanics of choice because they look out for the customer first. Owning a Beemer is not cheap. But to have it cared for, maintained properly by honest professional people is a must. I highly recommend them to anyone that may be looking for a reliable garage for your vehicle. Give Ronaldo a call and in my opinion you will be happy you did. Happy New Year!
