On August 5, 2026 I ordered a cruise control switch for my 2010 Porsche 911 from this business and was told I had to make a deposit in the amount of $988.00 since it was a special order item. Less than a week later I discovered my switch was fine and I didn't need the switch after all. I called the business and spoke with whom I believe to be the parts technician or parts manager. I was told he would check into it and that I might have to pay a $20 restocking fee. I was totally fine with paying this fee.
A few days later I called back to follow up and spoke with a person who acted like the service manager and was told he didn't know anything about this order, but he would check into it and call me back after lunch. Of course he never returned my call. I called the next day to follow up and again the same guy told me he was still waiting for Porsche to call him back with an update. Long story short, I called seven different times to get this issue resolved but the parts technician or parts manager’s attitude was short, rude and unprofessional. He simply didn't care and told me he had no information. On Friday, August 21, 2026, I called and canceled my appointment (that included having the switch installed and for an oil change) which was scheduled for Monday, August 24th at 8am. I was told he still had not received the part and had no information for me and once again was rude, short and unprofessional. I have obviously reported this fraudulent charge to my credit card company and was later awarded the credit back to mt credit card.
I have been in the treasure valley for about seven years and most all of my experiences with the local businesses have been positive, but certainly not with this company. If I could give them a zero star I would. All I can say is beware! They simply do not care about customer service.
