Edward said this business did not seem to be honest or trustworthy. The business said they had an $8,000 machine that could diagnose a problem but they had no ability to produce a printout. The diagnosis was given to Edward in unprofessional language which concerned Edward who does the majority of his own mechanical work on his high end vehicle. Edward went online and researched what this business told him and found it did not match anything he was finding online. He said he would not recommend this business because of the unprofessional language used to describe the diagnosis.
