I don’t live in the Annapolis area, so being stranded there created an additional problem for me — I was having to rely on Uber to get around, and those costs were adding up quickly. I explained my situation to the team at Euro Motor Clinic, and I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get my BMW in, diagnose the problem, and start working toward getting me back on the road.
They did a great job explaining what they found, what needed to be repaired, and what the costs would be. With a BMW, you expect repairs to sometimes be expensive, but considering the amount of diagnostic work and repairs that my X2 needed, I felt their pricing was very fair and reasonable.
What impressed me most was that I never felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I was stranded and needed the vehicle repaired quickly. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely seemed to understand the situation I was in.
The repairs were completed correctly, my X2 has been running great since, and getting the vehicle back as quickly as they did saved me from continuing to spend a significant amount of money on transportation while I was away from home.
Finding a shop you can trust with a European vehicle isn't always easy, especially when you're unexpectedly broken down in another city. Euro Motor Clinic really came through for me.
