I had a very easy move with Estes SureMove! I had received quotes from PODS, ReloCube, U-Pack, U-Haul and Budget. All of them were higher priced than Estes SureMove, some three times as much! The contract was emailed over same day. Easy email and online acceptance. The truck showed up within 2 minutes of the contracted time and date. The local driver was very professional and friendly and waited while we loaded the truck which took less than an hour. I also had options of the driver waiting longer, or dropping the truck of for 24 hours or as long as 3 days which was helpful and convenient if more loading time was needed. Once loaded, the divider was installed and secured and it was off to my destination. After the pickup and before delivery, I was able to pay over the phone with my credit card which is required before delivery. Which was nice and gave me peace of mind. I've heard horror stories, where drivers ask for more money before they'll release your belongings. That simply won't ever happen with Estes SureMove. Everything is in writing and agreed to beforehand so your belongings won't be held hostage! The contracted price is the price you pay, nothing more. Super secure, super easy! Estes SureMove called me the morning of the contracted delivery date to let me know the time when the truck would be delivered. The truck arrived as promised. The very polite and professional local driver asked where I would like it positioned for unloading and as I was unsure, he offered a few suggestions and I selected the easiest for unloading and the truck was positioned there. For unloading I had requested the 24 hour drop off. The truck was unloaded ahead of schedule and I called to let Estes SureMove to let them know the truck was ready for pickup. And as per the contract, the truck was picked up when expected and I didn't even need to be there for the pickup if I didn't want to be. The whole process was incredibly easy. I could have paid PODS for the exact same service three times the cost. Did I need a POD? No. Estes SureMove is essentially the exact same service as PODS but with a 28 foot trailer at one third of the cost. If I have to move again, I will absolutely use Estes SureMove again. From the person I spoke with on the phone, the drivers and the depot staff, everyone was super friendly, very professional, helpful and really made my move far easier than I expected.
