Oil change
I always have a great experience here. They always explain everything to me so I can understand. I just have a problem with the coupon they send me. They send only one coupon when I don’t need an oil change yet. Then it expires fast. Other than that I already bought 2 cars with no problems. Awesome people that work here

2000 Chevy Suburban: not your everyday soccer mom Suburban
The first day that I drove into EASC I knew I was at the right place at the right time. Within a few minuties Bernie and his team knew exactly what I was trying to achieve. They took my dream and enhanced it. They revived the 2000 Chevy Suburban old look into eye catching highway performing bad ass Chevy Suburban. Escondido Auto Super Center is GREAT!
It’s rare these days to bring your car in for a diagnostic (it just stopped while driving) after a full day of testing and driving, they found nothing wrong. Well the surprising part is they charged me nothing. Every time o come here, I’m greeted by friendly people who seem to honestly care. I’m so grateful and can highly recommend them to you. Used car salesmen have had a bad rap for a long time. Escondido Auto Super Center has changed that notion for me!

EV Purchase Experience
I just recently purchased a Tesla from Escondido Auto Super store and the overall experience was fantastic. The salesman Ruben was top shelf.He was quick, efficient and was able and very willing to address all my concerns. He took the time to explain what owning an EV entails because he owns one himself! He believes in a “hands on” approach and not just saying read about driving EV and if you have questions, let me know! Liz in accounting explained everything to me in a concise manner leaving me 100% confident in buying the Tesla. Juan in service was able to explain to me many of the ins and outs of driving and owning the EV. Great staff and very friendly.
