Totally unreliable. Irresponsible. Rude and absolutely bad sales
Totally unreliable. Irresponsible. Rude and absolutely bad sales representatives and manager. Never do business with these folks.

One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the price of the Chrysler 300 2018 car on the official website and after I made all the effort to talk to the sales guy and manager and drove an hour and a half to get the car, they told me they marked the price wrong. Like seriously. I called the an hour before I went in. Also, they said 18000 the 1 was mistakenly marked as 1 instead of 2. Come on man. Even if that was true, the new car isn't the same price, leave the pre-owned we were trying to see.

I spent my afternoon driving to the location. After the manager told me they marked the price wrong and they now can sell only for 5k more, the manager was extremely rude and spoke about how they can choose to not sell the car. Like seriously, I was just accepting an apology for all the time I wasted making all the effort. Is that how you treat your customers. Extremely bad. Please be very cautious doing business with them. Very very displeased and disappointed.

Beware
They listed two dodge chargers on carfax, I drove from Bothell to see either one of the. I met with a salesman who asked what I was looking for. I had noticed that there were very few vehicles other than jeeps in this very small lot. I asked where the yellow charger was, that as per carfax it had been on your lot for several months. Salesman stated that they just sold that, I then asked where the white charger was, also listed on carfax, again he stated that they just sold that one yesterday. He then mumbled something about not updating their website. He then tried to show me other vehicles, I left. If your going there make sure they really have the listed item and further that it will be there when you arrive

I was there for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. That included a multi-point inspection. Thank you.

Excellent staff and service!
Thanks for a quick, smooth transaction. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with their product. They even found extra discounts through my employer! Very happy with our new Jeep Grand Cherokee!!

Simply awesome.
Can't say enough.... I knew what car I wanted and had been in contact with other dealerships who never bothered to "find" the car I wanted or even to call back with options to consider. I only spoke with Jake for about 20 mins on the phone and he managed to find my car while we were chatting. I think we spent a total of about 3 hours from start to finish - finding the car, signing paperwork and a VERY detailed instruction session so I knew how to use all of the bells and whistles. This was, by car, the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. And... the first time I walked away feeling great about my purchase. I didn't have to settle and I don't feel like I paid more than the car is worth. Well done, guys, well done!

Mike is the best!!!
I had a dart I bought in auburn and they really screwed me over with it. I came to this dealership flipped upside down with this dart. Mike and a few others teamed together to get me in a car I could only dream to have, with lower payments AND lower car insurance. They really worked a miracle with me and I do not regret going yo them one bit.
