We truly felt they had our back
We took our vehicle to Endurance for a warning light that was going on & off sporadically. They found metal debris in our engine & we needed a new engine & turbos. We have a warranty, but of course, because this was a very costly fix, the warranty company was dragging their feet & trying to find ways to deny the coverage. Endurance really hung in there & advocated for us with the warranty company until we got what both Endurance & we believed was a somewhat fair compensation. This is not the first time we have used Endurance. Every experience has been positive. Each time we feel they have been honest & fair. This most recent situation has convinced us that we have found a neighborhood mechanic we can trust. We highly recommend them.
