Too expensive/ pay to install wipers
Every time I ever purchased wiper blades, they were installed for free. Not here! Expensive blades and expensive service.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. First I want to say that customer service is our first and formost task we want to achieve.  I know our blades are not the cheapest (I had coomplaints of quality prior for cheaper blades) but I was not in when you arrived and we always install for peop[le.  I am sorry for that inconvience.  I do have new people and they are learnig.  Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll take it into consideration as we move forward.

I will be mailing you soming I hope will make up for your frustration and also change your review.  But most importantly I want you kto know that it is not the normal at this establishment.
