I suspected a bad turbo and a head gasket in my Honda CRV. The tech had a detailed conversation with me, and contacted me after diagnosing the issues. All the issues I spoke about were actually turbo related and they found a replacement for less than the dealer price and with a much better warranty. The tech was very thorough and worked out all the issues the bad turbo caused like a fouled plug. They came in under estimate even with changing out spark plugs. Car runs great and is back to normal. Pricing was very reasonable and communication was great!
