Saved me thousands!!
I trust this shop and recommend them to everyone. I thought I needed a new heater core but they were able to fix it without replacing it. It saved me money and that’s just one experience of many that I’ve had with them. They’re easily the very best shop in town.

0
$2000 bill to tell me they can't fix my problem
MY car wouldn't start so I assumed it was a starter issue. They called to tell me it was a sensor in the transmission and would be $1500. I told them to get it fixed. Received another call a few days later revising the estimate to $1950. After several days they called to tell me they couldn't fix it and the transmission would need to be replaced for $4500 plus the $1950 they already spent. Book value on the car is $4500. Seeking the advice of an attorney.

Horrible place
Got a transmission put in. Started having issues. They checked the fluid twice and did a diagnostics. Drive it and confirmed the issues. They told me they would call me back and never did. Went to another mechanic and they didn't put the seal in for the transmission filter and it was 3 quarts low on fluid. I will never go back and I'm disgusted at the poor excuse for customer service. They just wanted my money. They should have stepped up and checked things out, but instead charged me to diagnose the issue and never called to get it resolved. Very poor services and quality of work!

Staff very interactive with customers.
Hands down the best vehicle repair shop I have ever done business with. Very friendly, honest, and helpful in regards to your vehicles health and for your satisfaction. I have never had an extensive report on my vehicles health paid out in front of me and given honest assessment on a path forward to maintaining my vehicle. They have definitely earned my business and I am thankful for businesses like this one.

Excellent service
Empeys always does a great job with my cars. The last few times I’ve got the deluxe package and I was told if they have the time, they would get to the vacuuming out of the vehicle and didn’t do it. I didn’t know it was an option. Minor complaint but overall they do a great job with my vehicles.

Got our vehicle in quick and repaired an oil leak. Also had it serviced and back in out garage the same day!!

My repair
I was given clear details of the repairs and pricing up front. My car was done in the time specified at the agreed cost. I was treated with respect and my car was is fixed great!

Emory’s has taken care of several of my vehicles and has treated me well in the past. They usually do very good work and are courteous etc. however with this service issue I was quoted a significantly lower price than what I was actually billed. I also had a parking brake issue that I had asked to be addressed and was ignored or forgotten. The truck is old and had a few other issues that were brought to my attention which I appreciate.
